Job summary

Tekmetric is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our SaaS platform for auto repair shops.

You will own the API product strategy, drive AI initiatives, and partner with design, engineering, product marketing, and sales to define roadmaps, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.

This role requires 5+ years in product management and a passion for customer-centric, data-driven product delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in enterprise-level software‑as‑a‑service.
• API products experience: defining API contracts, lifecycle, partner onboarding.
• 2+ years of Generative AI or ML solutions in the market.
• Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Heap, Pendo).
• Proven leadership with a growth mindset and fast-paced execution.
• Ability to build business cases, validate hypotheses, and scale features.
• Customer focus with a strong drive to improve user experience.
• Cross-functional influence in a large, global organization.
• Executive presence with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Develop deep understanding of the Auto Repair domain to identify product opportunities.
• Lead AI product initiatives using generative AI to improve customer outcomes.
• Conduct user research, JTBD analysis, and usability testing to inform development.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, and sales on roadmap, pricing, and packaging.
