Job summary

Tekmetric is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our SaaS product for auto repair shops. You will guide the product strategy and roadmap, plus manage development, launch, and ongoing optimization of the product.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to align on vision, pricing, packaging, and GTM priorities, while driving AI initiatives and API strategy for scalable growth and developer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in enterprise-level software-as-a-service.
• API products ownership including contracts, developer audiences, and lifecycle management.
• 2+ years with Generative AI or ML solutions to market.
• Hands‑on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Heap, Pendo).
• Proven leadership with a growth mindset and fast-paced execution.
• Ability to build business cases, validate hypotheses, and scale features from concept to market.
• Passion for customer experience and continuous optimization.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a global organization.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product initiatives from concept to launch and beyond.
• Develop deep understanding of the Auto Repair domain to identify opportunities for core users.
• Lead AI product initiatives to help customers work faster and better.
• Conduct user research and iterative development based on JTBD and usability testing.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, and sales on vision, strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Deliver products that meet unmet user needs while balancing business risks in value, feasibility, and usability.
• Measure business impact and align product outcomes with company goals.
• Define and communicate the long-term vision and translate it into executable roadmaps.
• Educate sales, support, and consultants on new technology to ensure adoption.
• Own the API product strategy, including developer experience, versioning, and partner enablement.
• Drive API adoption by identifying integrations with third-party platforms and expanding the ecosystem.
