Tekmetric is seeking a VP of Business Systems to own our end‑to‑end technology landscape, unifying CRM, ERP, HRIS and financial systems to scale with a fast‑growing SaaS business. Qualifications

• 10+ years in business systems, IT, or enterprise applications at a high-growth company.
• Proven track record consolidating a sprawling tech stack into a scalable platform.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of CRM, ERP, financial systems, HRIS, and integrations.
• Strong financial instincts: think in total cost of ownership and defend a roadmap to CFO.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams in a SaaS environment.
• Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity; ship improvements rather than wait for perfection.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive enterprise systems strategy and multi-year roadmap across GTM, Finance, People, and Operations.
• Audit current technology landscape, identify redundancy and gaps, streamline and consolidate the stack.
• Own the architecture and integration of core business systems for clean data flow across teams.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI into core systems with data privacy and governance in mind.
• Establish governance for system selection, implementation, and spend; analyze and approve technology investments.
• Partner with the CFO on technology investment decisions, TCO, vendor strategy, and contracts.
• Build and lead a high-performing Business Systems team of admins, analysts, and engineers.
• Own data integrity, reporting infrastructure, and trusted analytics across the business.
