Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an experienced AVP to serve as enterprise execution leader within the Data & Digital organization in the United States. The role drives governance, alignment, and delivery across high-priority initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and senior leadership.

You will lead cross-functional teams, establish execution discipline, measure outcomes, and ensure accountability. Excellent communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of program management or enterprise execution experience.
• Proven track record delivering large, ambiguous initiatives to completion.
• Strong executive presence and ability to work with senior leaders.
• Ability to operate independently with limited direction and bias toward action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in matrixed or complex organizations.
• Background supporting large enterprise transformations.
• Ability to influence leaders constructively.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise portfolio leadership for Data & Digital initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks aligning objectives with execution commitments.
