Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an experienced executive to serve as enterprise portfolio leader within the Data & Digital organization in Irving, TX.

You will translate strategy into measurable outcomes, drive governance across high-priority initiatives, and lead cross-functional delivery with accountability for results. Executive leadership will rely on your ability to manage ambiguity, establish discipline, and deliver durable enterprise impact while partnering with senior stakeholders to align

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise execution roles.
Proven track record driving large, ambiguous initiatives to completion.
Strong executive presence with senior leaders.
Ability to operate independently with a bias toward action.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience in matrixed or complex organizations.
Background supporting large enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated D&D initiative portfolio with an enterprise-wide view of priorities and risk.
Establish governance frameworks aligning objectives with execution commitments.
Translate executive direction into structured execution plans with clear milestones and ownership.
Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
Provide leadership with concise views of initiative health, risks and tradeoffs.
Institutionalize execution rhythm, reporting standards, and portfolio reviews.
