Job summary

Vizient is seeking an AVP to lead the Data & Digital enterprise portfolio, translating executive strategy into measurable business outcomes across top initiatives. You will drive governance, alignment, and delivery with a focus on outcomes and enterprise impact.

Qualifications

10 to 15+ years in program management, transformation, or enterprise execution roles.
Proven track record delivering large, ambiguous initiatives to completion.
Strong executive presence and ability to work directly with senior leaders.
Ability to operate independently with minimal direction and bias toward action.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience operating in matrixed or highly complex organizations.
Background supporting large, enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated D&D initiative portfolio with enterprise-wide priority view.
Establish governance frameworks aligning objectives with execution commitments.
Translate executive direction into structured, outcome-driven plans with milestones.
Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
Provide concise, high-signal views of initiative health and risk to leadership.
Institutionalize execution rhythm, reporting standards and portfolio reviews.
