Job summary

Vizient seeks an accomplished enterprise execution leader to drive the Data & Digital initiative portfolio in Missouri. You will translate executive strategy into measurable business outcomes, govern cross-functional initiatives, and enable senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights.

Impactful collaboration with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders is essential as you establish governance, accountability, and execution discipline across the portfolio to deliver durable results.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise execution roles.
• Proven track record driving large, ambiguous initiatives to completion.
• Strong executive presence and comfort working directly with senior leaders.
• Ability to operate independently with limited direction with a strong bias toward action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience operating in matrixed or highly complex organizations.
• Background supporting large, enterprise transformations.
• Comfort navigating informal influence networks.
• Ability to challenge leaders constructively.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated D&D initiative portfolio, maintaining a single, enterprise-wide view of priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and risk.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks that align strategic objectives with execution commitments.
• Translate executive direction into structured, outcome-driven execution plans with clear ownership, milestones, and performance measures.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the organization’s most critical, cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive enterprise alignment by clarifying decision rights, roles, and accountability across business units.
• Provide leadership with concise, high-signal views of initiative health, risk, and tradeoffs.
