Acentra Health is seeking a VP of Strategy to partner with the CEO, Board, and executive team to shape and execute enterprise strategy, accelerating revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term value realization across the organization.

This role blends rigorous strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment with financial targets and operational plans while leading transformation initiatives and governance across the company.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of strategy, consulting, or senior operating roles.
• Proven enterprise-level strategy and transformation track record.
• Strong understanding of EBITDA drivers, cash flow, and ROI.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to drive outcomes.
• Experience working with Boards and investors.
• Willingness to travel to onsite meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and refresh of Acentra Health’s enterprise strategy.
• Translate value creation plan into actionable strategic initiatives.
• Partner with CEO, executive team, and Board to align strategy with financial targets.
• Oversee strategy governance, KPIs, dashboards, and risk tracking.
• Support M&A and portfolio optimization and integration planning.
• Cascade strategy into business units and drive organizational change.
