Acentra Health is seeking a Vice President of Operations Performance & Planning to join our leadership team in the United States. You will oversee enterprise performance management, governance, planning processes, and cross-functional initiatives that drive client outcomes and operational excellence.

You will partner with Finance, Technology, Clinical, Growth, HR, and Shared Services to align priorities, optimize resources, and deliver measurable improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, enterprise operations, operational excellence, quality management, performance management, resource planning, business operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience, including direct leadership of leaders, cross-functional teams, or enterprise-level functions.
• Experience leading operational planning, enterprise performance management, governance, resource planning, and execution in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive leadership across Enterprise Performance, Quality Management, Client Experience/Management, and Portfolio Performance & Planning.
• Set enterprise performance management strategy and governance with clear visibility into financial, client, project, and SDLC performance.
• Lead enterprise operational planning processes aligning priorities, strategy, capacity, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable operational plans, governance routines, performance measures, and resource plans.
• Oversee enterprise performance dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting routines.
• Coach leaders to strengthen performance management, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Read, understand, and adhere to corporate policies including HIPAA-related rules.
