Acentra Health seeks a Vice President of Operations Performance & Planning to lead enterprise performance, governance, and portfolio planning. You will align priorities, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Collaborating with Operations, Technology, Clinical, Finance, Growth, HR, and Shared Services, you will establish governance, reporting rhythms, and performance dashboards to deliver strong client outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Health Policy, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, enterprise operations, operational excellence, quality management, performance management, resource planning, business operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience, including direct leadership of leaders, cross-functional teams, or enterprise-level functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational planning, enterprise performance management, governance, resource planning, and execution in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to use enterprise data to evaluate performance, identify trends and root causes, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across Enterprise Performance, Quality Management, Client Experience, and Portfolio Performance & Planning.
• Set enterprise performance management strategy and governance across financial, client, project, and SDLC performance.
• Establish and lead enterprise operational planning processes aligned with business priorities.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable operational plans, milestones, and governance routines.
• Lead enterprise reviews, performance reporting, and cross-functional action planning.
