Atrium Health is seeking an Executive Growth Leader to develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise growth strategy in partnership with senior leadership. You will own portfolio performance reporting, drive strategic initiatives across functions, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals, governance, and risk management.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, health administration, public health, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of increasing experience in health systems, with responsibilities including innovation, partnerships, and strategic planning.
Experience in cross-functional leadership and initiative management in complex organizations.
Familiarity with academic medical center operations, innovation pipelines, and data/technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of enterprise growth strategy with senior executives.
Own executive-level performance reporting and progress against targets.
Oversee governance and risk management for complex initiatives.
Mentor strategy team and drive disciplined execution.
