Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, or senior operating roles.
• Proven track record leading enterprise‑level strategy and transformation.
• Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of EBITDA drivers, cash flow, and ROI.
• Proven success partnering with executive leadership teams to drive business outcomes.
• Experience working directly with Boards and investors.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
• Willingness to travel to onsite meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refresh of the enterprise strategy and translate value creation plans into actionable initiatives.
• Coordinate multi‑year operating plans and capital allocation aligned with strategic priorities.
• Oversee M&A, portfolio optimization, and integration planning with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare materials for Board meetings and investor updates with data‑driven insights.
• Drive organizational alignment, performance metrics, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
