Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned insurance operations professional to drive strategic priorities and enable underwriting excellence.

You will partner with IT, analytics, and business leadership to define roadmaps and deliver cross-functional solutions that improve customer and employee journeys. You will lead initiatives across Strategy, Planning, and Execution, aligning enterprise priorities with technology and analytics, while guiding transformation and process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• 5-10 years’ experience in Insurance Operations, Underwriting, Business Planning/Product Owner, IT, or related role.
• Experience partnering with IT and analytics teams.
• Ability to communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with underwriting systems like DuckCreek/Guidewire/Unqork.
• Proven track record of delivering customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Ops leaders and stakeholders to drive strategic priorities across the enterprise.
• Identify operational and tech initiatives to support underwriting and across the enterprise.
• Define short- and long-term IT and analytics roadmaps.
• Incorporate Strategic Analytics into Operations workflows.
• Drive cross-functional problem-solving across IT, Data, Strategic Analytics, and other functions.
• Lead CX/EX journey improvements and UI/UX inputs.
• Collaborate with IT and Lean Deployment Specialists to implement automation and tech-enabled workflows.
• Review IT value generation with stakeholders.
