Qualifications
- Proven experience in development of large scale underwriting systems (DuckCreek, Guidewire, Unqork, UW Platforms).
- Excellent written and oral communication, ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable operational plans.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience partnering with IT, analytics and underwriting to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Strategic Ops and stakeholders to drive enterprise priorities and identify improvement opportunities.
- Define short- and long-term Ops/Tech roadmap with IT and leaders across the enterprise.
- Incorporate Strategic Analytics into Operations workflows and advise on prioritizations.
- Drive CX/EX journey improvements and enable analytics-enabled workflows.
- Contribute to the Triangulation COE as a central point for people, process, tech and data.
