Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an Underwriting Service Specialist to support a new product within the Executive Assurance team. The role emphasizes building workflows, developing SOPs, and driving change through collaboration with underwriters and global teams.

The ideal candidate will analyze information, resolve issues, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment, with a base salary responsive to geographic location and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in underwriting or related field preferred.
• Base salary range varies by location; incentive eligible.

Responsibilities

• Policy & endorsement issuance.
• File documentation and set-up.
• Review account information for data entry into systems.
• Order, prepare and/or update reports.
• Policy rating and/or initial entry into rating model.
• Processing underwriting transactions and requests.
• Correspond with brokers for information at underwriter’s request.
• Booking/Invoicing.
• Coordinate services with other units as needed.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
