• Direct end-to-end client engagement for implementation and onboarding.
• Serve as primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define features and user stories.
• Drive problem-solving and innovation across the product and integration lifecycle.
