CoreWeave is hiring a Vice President of Enterprise Risk and Compliance toFound the ERM program within the Finance team. Build governance, thresholds, KRIs, and a multi-line defense to scale risk management globally.

You will lead a lean team, report to the Board, and coordinate across Security, Legal, and Operations to mature the risk posture and compliance program for a high-growth AI infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• This role requires extensive experience in enterprise risk management and leadership at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to present to boards, audit committees, and C-suite executives.
• Experience in high-growth tech or cloud infrastructure is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Enterprise Risk team, including hiring and developing staff.
• Serve as primary contact for the Board and Audit Committee on risk matters.
• Develop ERA processes: risk ID, assessment, prioritization, and central register.
• Design a KRI framework for proactive risk monitoring and escalation.
• Develop enterprise risk appetite and tolerance, turning vision into thresholds.
• Design risk programs from executive Risk Council to Risk Champion network.
• Coordinate risk assurance across Security, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders for tech-driven risk reporting.
• Maintain centralized inventory of compliance requirements and audits.
