Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Legal Operations to lead the LGA technology, workflows, and vendor management, enabling rapid, compliant growth. You will own the legal tech stack, data reporting, and AI-enabled processes, reporting to the VP & Deputy General Counsel for Commercial & Business Operations.

Qualifications

10+ years in legal operations, with experience in fast-paced tech or cloud companies.
Proven leadership of legal operations teams and technology stacks.
Experience with AI adoption in legal workflows, data governance, and metrics.

Responsibilities

Own core legal tools platforms and governance, ensure reliable data and reporting.
Oversee outside counsel/vendor management, invoicing, and budget stewardship.
Define and track OKRs and operational metrics to show business impact.
Lead strategy and operating model for AI-enabled legal operations.
Provide cross-vertical support across LGA and mentor the team.
