CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Legal Operations to lead LGA’s technology, processes, and vendor management in a hyper‑growth environment. You will own the legal tech stack, AI adoption, budgeting, and performance metrics, partnering with executives to scale impact across the organization.

You will manage a Legal Operations team, establish governance for AI use, and drive efficiency through data‑driven workflows, reporting, and strategic planning in a fast‑moving cloud company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in legal operations, ideally in a fast‑paced technology or cloud company.
• Proven leadership of a legal operations team and tech stack ownership.
• Experience with outside counsel billing platforms, invoicing, and vendor management.
• Strong ability to define OKRs and operational metrics for a high‑growth function.
• Experience with AI adoption governance and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead CoreWeave LGA's legal operations strategy and multi‑year roadmap.
• Oversee core legal tools, platforms, data governance, and AI adoption.
• Manage outside counsel spending, vendor onboarding, and billing compliance.
• Coordinate budget, forecasting, and accruals for LGA with finance stakeholders.
• Build a high‑performing team and align workflows with business needs.
