Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Engineering Manager on the Weave Enterprise team to lead full‑stack and infrastructure engineers responsible for availability, readiness, and compliance for Enterprise customers.

You will own technical direction, delivery, and operational health, partnering with leadership and Sales to maintain a close customer feedback loop. The base salary range is substantial and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

1–3 years as engineering manager with people leadership.
6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience with external facing customers for platform use.
Experience shipping enterprise software at scale, including single-tenant and on-premise deployments, large data stores, compliance, security, and performance constraints.
Strong understanding of SLAs/SLOs and incident response.

Responsibilities

Lead a team building the Weave enterprise observability platform.
Optimize for very large scale ingest and data processing across major cloud platforms.
Partner with Sales to enable new deals and support existing ones.
Monitor and optimize deployments and support customer-managed setups.
Establish and enforce SLAs/SLOs for service availability and data readiness.
Drive roadmap, execution, hiring, and culture of excellence.
Coach and develop team members to achieve high performance.
