Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a seasoned VP of Enterprise Risk and Compliance to build and own the global ERM program within the Finance team. You will lead the design of governance, risk assessment, and monitoring frameworks, and coordinate cross-functional risk activities across Security, Legal, and Operations.

You will communicate with executive leadership and the Board, shaping risk appetite and escalation policies as the company scales its AI infrastructure platform.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise risk management experience.
• Experience as VP or equivalent enterprise risk leader.
• Proven track record building ERM programs from inception.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Enterprise Risk team, including hiring and development.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Board and Audit Committee on risk.
• Design and operationalize ERA process for risk identification and prioritization.
• Develop and implement a KRI framework for proactive monitoring.
• Create risk appetite and tolerance framework and governance structures.
• Coordinate risk assurance across Security, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
