Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business Management, Technical Management, Engineering (Systems Engineering preferred) or related field.
• PMP Certification required.
• 15+ years of program management experience with execution and performance of programs and portfolios.
• 7+ years in cross-functional process improvement and operations with quality frameworks.
• Senior-level experience in operations, strategy, enterprise quality and risk management.
• Proven track record in large-scale change and operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and governance of program management, quality, EH&S, risk management and continuous improvement functions.
• Develop enterprise policies and a program management training curriculum.
• Establish operational metrics and analytics for program health and customer satisfaction.
• Identify performance gaps and drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead change management across large-scale initiatives with multiple teams.
• Develop scalable Operational Excellence infrastructure and knowledge management.
