Wintrust Financial Corp. seeks a Vice President of Enterprise Process Improvement to establish standards, governance and metrics that drive operation­al excellence.

You will lead enterprise-wide process-improvement initiatives, partner with leaders, and collaborate with Technology, RPA and AI teams to drive automation and improved customer experience. The role requires 10+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to lead large-scale transformations across the enterprise,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and success in managing large-scale transformations across the Enterprise and within an individual line of business.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach sponsors and other key stakeholders to drive and deliver outcomes.
• Experience in developing, optimizing and executing Enterprise-wide operational transformation strategies, methodologies, frameworks and governance practices.
• Experience in leading and managing teams and driving employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise BPI portfolio, prioritizing opportunities aligned with business strategy and expected value.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives from discovery and redesign through implementation and sustainment.
• Establish consistent process improvement standards, governance, documentation, and performance measures.
• Partner with business leaders to simplify work, strengthen controls, and improve customer and employee experiences.
• Collaborate with Technology, RPA, and AI teams to enable automation after processes are assessed and redesigned.
• Develop the BPI team, manage capacity and resources, and build continuous improvement capabilities across the organization.
• Track and report measurable benefits, delivery risks, and results, driving corrective action when outcomes fall short.
