Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC seeks a senior leader to helm the Enterprise Program Office. You will drive portfolio management for top strategic initiatives, align resources, and deliver executive-level visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.

You will partner with Technology, Operations, Finance and People Services to mature PMO practices, establish standards, and enable scalable execution across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 13+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 10+ years in enterprise program/portfolio management or PMO leadership with 4+ years supervisory experience.
• Proven experience building or leading an Enterprise PMO or Transformation Office and leading cross-functional programs with executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Enterprise Program Office that owns portfolio and program management for the organization’s highest-priority initiatives.
• Lead prioritization, planning, and portfolio reviews with executive leaders to align resources and focus on strategic value.
• Directly lead cross-functional programs with executive sponsors to set delivery strategies, governance, and success measures.
• Run disciplined program management across planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Chair and participate in governance forums, prepare executive reporting, and ensure transparency of milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Coach program managers, raise delivery maturity, and promote a culture of execution and continuous improvement.
