Job summary

Silencer Central is seeking a visionary Vice President of Enterprise Operations to unify customer service, manufacturing, supply chain, compliance, and business systems into a scalable operating platform. You will design end-to-end processes, drive automation and data-driven improvements, and align operations with strategic objectives to enable sustainable growth.

Lead cross-functional teams, own the P&L and budgets, set KPI rhythms, and build scalable systems that improve throughput, service

Qualifications

Proven track record leading complex operations in a high-growth environment.
Experience owning operational P&L and budgets.
Leadership of manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams.
Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership across manufacturing, customer service, supply chain, fulfillment, and other operations.
Develop and lead high-performing teams to support current operations and future growth.
Establish KPIs and operating rhythms to drive performance and accountability.
Optimize workforce, capacity, throughput, and resource allocation across functions.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
Own strategic programs to reduce costs and improve profitability.
