SimplePractice is seeking a VP of Enterprise Operations to partner with the CEO and lead the executive operating system. You will own forums, decision rights, and the integrated planning process, ensuring timely execution of priorities and enterprise-wide alignment across AI-enabled workflows.

You will sit on the executive leadership team, guiding cross-functional leaders, ensuring efficient governance, and driving strategic initiatives that accelerate growth while preserving organizational

Competenze

10+ years in Business/Enterprise operations at a software company.
Proven track record running a board cycle with investors.
Experience leading senior operating roles, not just staff roles.
Ability to hold executives accountable while maintaining peer relationships.
Experience reducing meetings, reports, and processes to improve efficiency.
Hands-on experience redesigning workflows with AI tools.
Strong financial literacy to partner with Finance on resources.
