Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union seeks a strategic learning and development leader to serve as Vice President of Corporate Training. This executive role reports to the Chief People Officer and drives enterprise-wide training, leadership programs, compliance education, and learning technology.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12+ years in related leadership and at least 9 years in people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive related leadership experience and 9 years of people-leadership experience.
• Financial services, banking, or credit union experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with the organization’s plans.
• Oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of all training and development programs.
• Maintain regulatory education compliance (BSA, OFAC, privacy, etc.).
• Lead workforce readiness initiatives and adoption of learning technologies.
