Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union is seeking a Director, Enterprise Transformation Office to lead governance, reporting, and change management across the enterprise. You will partner with executive leadership to ensure governance processes are followed and KPI dashboards stay accurate and timely.

You will oversee an intake and prioritization pipeline, coordinate cross-initiative dependencies, and deliver leadership-ready reporting while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of enterprise governance experience or facilitation.
• Experience providing portfolio-level reporting to executive leadership.
• Experience overseeing enterprise change management.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and operationalize the enterprise governance model with key stakeholders and governance committees.
• Coordinate enterprise intake, prioritization, and dependency management.
• Consolidate and report status on all enterprise initiatives for leadership visibility.
• Provide enterprise-level change management oversight and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including BSA/OFAC.
