Wings Credit Union seeks a Director of Enterprise Technical Learning to lead strategic enterprise training initiatives across financial services, lending, compliance, and operations. You will design scalable learning strategies and measurable programs to elevate technical proficiency and member experience.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in training and a strong background in financial services, technology, and regulatory education.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, English, or related field.
• REQUIRED: 8+ years of progressive experience in training/learning and development within financial services or related regulated environment.
• REQUIRED: 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders.
• PREFERRED: 3+ years supporting technical systems training, operational processes, lending workflows, and regulatory education.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-departmental collaboration to identify training needs and align priorities with business objectives.
• Oversee training for system implementations, core conversions, process changes, and regulatory updates.
• Govern training content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and policy alignment.
• Design and deliver training across modalities: virtual, in-person, asynchronous, and remote.
• Develop measurement strategies to assess training effectiveness and business impact.
• Coach and develop training teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
