Job summary

BECU is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Delivery to translate strategy into measurable results across major portfolios. The role leads a large, multidisciplinary organization and partners with senior leaders to align priorities, manage risks, and drive delivery excellence.

The position supports agile, project, and program management practices at scale in a remote/hybrid work model. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in enterprise delivery leadership, deep agile knowledge, and a proven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, finance, or a related field.
10 years of people leader experience.
10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise delivery, program management, portfolio management, technology delivery, operations, or a related discipline.
Willing to travel up to 15% to the headquarters in Tukwila, if not based in Seattle.

Responsibilities

Shape Enterprise Delivery Strategy: Set the strategic direction and operating model for enterprise delivery across major portfolios.
Develop and Support Your Team: Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to staff.
Lead a Multidisciplinary Organization: Guide a large delivery organization of scrum masters, project managers, program managers, and delivery leaders.
Oversee Portfolio Delivery Performance: Ensure initiatives, programs, and projects are planned, prioritized, and resourced.
