Job summary

BECU seeks a senior leader to shape the Enterprise Delivery function, guiding strategy, governance, and execution across major business portfolios. You will set direction, align priorities with executives, and elevate delivery practices through Agile, project, and program management.

You will lead a large multidisciplinary team, mentor staff, and ensure delivery health by managing risks and dependencies while driving outcomes that advance BECU's mission and member impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, operations, finance, or related field.
• 10 years of people leader experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise delivery, program management, portfolio management, or related discipline.
• Willing to travel up to 15% to Tukwila HQ, or be based near Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Delivery Strategy across major portfolios with governance and execution routines.
• Develop and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members.
• Lead a multidisciplinary delivery organization of Scrum Masters, PMs, and delivery leaders.
• Oversee portfolio delivery performance with aligned priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities, monitor execution health, and enable decision‑making.
• Define performance metrics, escalation paths, and governance to ensure visibility into progress.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across portfolios and escalate when needed.
• Scale Agile, project management, and program management practices to meet complex enterprise needs.
• Enable teams to deliver by reinforcing capacity management and continuous improvement.
