Job summary

BECU is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Delivery to translate strategy into measurable results across major portfolios. You will set direction, operating models, and governance for a large, multidisciplinary delivery organization, aligning priorities with executive leadership and driving enterprise-wide alignment and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology, operations, finance, or related field.
• 10 years of people leader experience.
• 10+ years of leadership in enterprise delivery, program/portfolio management, or technology delivery.
• Willing to travel up to 15% to the headquarters in Tukwila, if not based in Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Delivery strategy and operating model across major portfolios.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Lead a multidisciplinary delivery organization of scrum masters, project managers, and program managers.
• Ensure delivery programs are planned, resourced, risks managed, and aligned with enterprise commitments.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and communicate progress across portfolios.
• Define performance metrics, governance forums, and escalation paths for accountability.
• Drive proactive risk, issue, and dependency management across portfolios.
• Scale Agile, project, and program management practices to meet complex work demands.
• Foster delivery discipline, capacity management, and continuous improvement.
