Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is hiring for a senior leader to shape how enterprise delivery turns strategy into measurable results. You will guide a large, multidisciplinary team, implement governance, and drive delivery across major portfolios.

You will partner with senior leaders to align priorities, manage risk, and foster continuous improvement, while advancing Agile, PM, and program management at scale. This role supports remote/hybrid work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technology, operations, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of people leader experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise delivery, program/portfolio management or tech delivery.
• Willing to travel up to 15% to the headquarters in Tukwila if not based in Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Delivery Strategy: set strategic direction and operating model for enterprise delivery across portfolios.
• Develop and Support Your Team: coach, mentor, and train staff; conduct timely evaluations.
• Lead a Multidisciplinary Organization: guide a large delivery organization of scrum masters, PMs, and delivery leaders.
• Oversee Portfolio Delivery Performance: plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives with alignment to enterprise goals.
• Partner Across the Enterprise: work with senior leaders to align priorities and enable decisions.
• Create Clear Accountability: define metrics, escalation paths, and governance forums.
• Manage Risks and Dependencies: drive risk, issue, and dependency management across portfolios.
• Scale Effective Delivery Practices: apply Agile, PM, and portfolio delivery practices at scale.
• Enable Teams to Deliver: reinforce capacity management, impediment removal, and continuous improvement.
