Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, finance, or related field, or equivalent work/education experience.
• 10 years of people leader experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise delivery, program/portfolio management, technology delivery, or operations.
• Willing to travel up to 15% to the headquarters in Tukwila, if not based in Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Delivery strategy and operating model across major portfolios.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Lead a large, multidisciplinary delivery organization of scrum masters, project managers, and program managers.
• Oversee portfolio delivery performance with alignment to enterprise commitments and risks.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and improve cross-portfolio communication.
• Define performance expectations, metrics, escalation paths and governance forums.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to remove barriers to execution.
• Scale Agile, project management, and program management practices across complex work.
• Reinforce delivery discipline and continuous improvement to protect team focus.
