Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Delivery to translate strategy into results across major business partner portfolios. You will set direction, governance, and operating model for enterprise delivery while leading a large, multidisciplinary organization responsible for complex initiatives and programs.

In this role, you will partner with executive leaders to align priorities, manage risks, and improve delivery health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, finance, or related field, or equivalent work/education experience.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise delivery, program management, portfolio management, technology delivery, or related discipline.
• Willing to travel up to 15% to the headquarters in Tukwila, if not based in Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Delivery Strategy: set direction and governance for enterprise delivery across portfolios.
• Develop and coach your team; conduct evaluations and guidance.
• Lead a multidisciplinary delivery organization of scrum masters, project managers, program managers, and delivery leaders.
• Oversee portfolio delivery performance and ensure alignment with enterprise commitments and risks.
• Partner across the enterprise with senior leaders to align priorities and enable decision-making.
• Create clear accountability with performance metrics and governance forums.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across portfolios to remove barriers.
• Scale agile, project, and program management practices to complex enterprise work.
• Enable teams with capacity planning, impediment removal, and continuous improvement.
