Job summary

BECU is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Delivery to shape strategy and governance for a large, multidisciplinary delivery organization. You will lead a portfolio of complex initiatives, collaborate with senior leaders, and scale agile practices to achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will foster accountability, drive continuous improvement, and oversee delivery health while guiding a team of delivery leaders, program managers, and scrum masters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, finance, or related field.
• 10 years of people leader experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise delivery, program management, portfolio management, technology delivery, operations, or related discipline.
• Willing to travel up to 15% to the headquarters in Tukwila, if not based in Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Delivery Strategy: set strategic direction and operating model for enterprise delivery.
• Develop and Support Your Team: coaching, mentoring, and training with timely performance evaluations.
• Lead a Multidisciplinary Organization: manage scrum masters, project managers, program managers, and delivery leaders.
• Oversee Portfolio Delivery Performance: plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives aligned with commitments and risks.
• Partner Across the Enterprise: align priorities and ensure effective cross-portfolio communication.
• Create Clear Accountability: define metrics, escalation paths, and governance forums.
• Manage Risks and Dependencies: proactive risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Scale Effective Delivery Practices: ensure Agile and program management practices scale for complex work.
• Enable Teams to Deliver: reinforce capacity management, impediment removal, and delivery discipline.
