This senior leadership role will build and run our enterprise Customer Success & Delivery capability, owning major national deployments and shaping how TruMed scales with large customers.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years leading complex enterprise customer programs, implementations, deployments, or operations.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site deployments from the vendor side.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, retail, technology, medical devices, field services, or another complex operating environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the integrated enterprise deployment plan, including prioritization of blocking issues across functions and sign-off on delivery commitments before they are made to the customer.
• Build the playbooks, processes, tools, and team structure that become TruMed's repeatable enterprise execution model.
• Identify risks and issues early and drive them to resolution, with direct escalation to the Executive Chairman on cross-functional prioritization conflicts.
• Establish the operating cadence — reviews, reporting, and decision forums — that keeps Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Logistics aligned on delivery commitments.
• Lead deployments through implementation, go-live, Hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Own renewal success for enterprise accounts — adoption, utilization, and customer health through the renewal decision, partnering with Commercial on the renewal itself.
