Job summary

Kitsap Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Credit Management. This senior role leads enterprise‑wide credit governance, underwriting oversight for business and commercial lending, and portfolio management to ensure prudent growth and regulatory compliance.

You will provide independent second‑line oversight for consumer and real estate lending, monitor portfolio trends, and partner with executive leadership on strategy. Relocation may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in credit admin, underwriting, portfolio management, or enterprise risk.
• 5+ years of leadership in underwriting, credit administration, or portfolio risk.
• Strong expertise in commercial, consumer lending, and mortgage risk.
• Understanding of regulatory expectations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise credit governance across all lending segments.
• Direct underwriting leadership for business banking and commercial lending.
• Oversee portfolio management, analytics, and risk reporting to executives.
• Provide independent second-line oversight for consumer and mortgage lending.
• Maintain credit policy, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and mentor credit professionals; drive organizational development.
