Job summary

Uniphore, a leading enterprise GenAI company in Palo Alto, seeks a visionary VP of Product Monetization & Pricing to define how customers buy and derive value from our AI, data, and platform offerings. You will shape pricing, packaging, and monetization models that scale across global enterprise customers, driving revenue growth and healthy margins.

Reporting to the CTPO, you will own COGS optimization, vendor negotiations, and go-to-market alignment, partnering with Product, Engineering,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, monetization, or related leadership roles in B2B enterprise tech.
• 5+ years of senior leadership driving pricing or monetization initiatives.
• Proven experience with consumption-based, usage-based, or hybrid monetization models.
• Strong experience in vendor selection, negotiations, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy across AI, data, platform, and applications.
• Own product COGS, unit economics, and gross margin optimization.
• Drive strategic vendor selection, management, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with GTM, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to scale monetization.
• Provide executive-level reporting on monetization performance.
