Integrity is seeking a Vice President, Agency Distribution to lead and scale its IA Agency Distribution platform. This executive will recruit and develop independent agencies, drive premium growth, and align the distribution strategy with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in annuity or life distribution.
• Proven track record scaling enterprise-level agency networks.
• Established relationships with key carrier partners.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute multi-year distribution growth strategy for IA.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop independent agencies aligned to IA’s enterprise model.
• Lead enterprise relationship managers and monitor KPIs for premium growth and retention.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology to deliver platform capabilities.
