Job summary

Integrity Wealth is seeking a Vice President, Advisor Growth & Transitions to lead advisor recruiting and the transition organization for a platform of $55 billion in client assets and more than 1,100 advisors. This executive owns New Store Sales end to end, building the business development team, and running the transition function that brings newly affiliated advisors onto the platform.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in wealth management distribution with direct accountability for advisor recruiting results.
• Experience recruiting multi-billion-dollar advisor books (100M–1B ranges).
• Experience building a business development organization: hiring, territory design, quota setting, playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own New Store Sales end to end from prospecting to recruitment close and asset ramp.
• Build and lead the business development organization; set channel strategy and market coverage.
• Operate a disciplined recruiting playbook to shorten cycles and control CAC on recruited practices.
• Own the transition operating model including capacity planning and vendor strategy.
