Domain Money is hiring a VP of RIA Partnerships to build a new distribution channel in wealth management. You will lead enterprise partnerships with senior RIA decision-makers and craft the playbook from outreach to revenue growth.

You excel at opening new doors, maintaining trusted relationships, and closing multi-stakeholder deals with strong post-contract adoption. Equity and performance-based rewards accompany a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• Proven hunter with a track record of opening new doors and building a business from scratch.
• Strong relationships with decision-makers across the RIA and wealth management landscape.
• Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise partnerships and driving adoption.

Responsabilités

• Source, negotiate, and close strategic enterprise partnerships with senior RIA decision-makers.
• Own end-to-end channel strategy from outreach to post-sign-up adoption and revenue growth.
• Leverage understanding of RIA economics, client segmentation, and advisor capacity to position Domain as a growth partner.
