Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• 15+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in senior tech leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy for initiatives and shared services.
• Lead governance and engineering policy creation with cross-team input.
• Champion modern development practices across the org (CI/CD, testing, observability).
• Drive architecture decisions aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.
• Oversee design and development of cloud-native, API-first apps with security and scale in mind.
• Foster AI-driven engineering, create playbooks for full-stack development, mentor juniors.
