Hybrid role, in-office 3x/week in Jersey City or Raleigh, with option for fully remote and travel to Northeast offices. Responsibilities include defining engineering strategy, governance, and architecting reusable libraries and playbooks, while championing DevOps, API-first design, and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Principal Engineer or senior technology leader with hands-on full-stack background.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy for initiatives and shared services.
• Lead architecture decisions with alignment to enterprise standards and business goals.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
• Foster innovation and AI-enabled engineering workflows, including GenAI integrations.
• Build and mentor a team of engineers across seniority levels.
