Job summary

The role oversees resource planning, performance reporting, and process improvement across engineering, product management, sourcing, and manufacturing to maximize product vitality and velocity. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering operations or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering portfolio governance and operating cadence with executive scorecards.
• Own resource, capacity and organizational planning including headcount and contractors.
• Drive process excellence and standardized product development, ECO, and cross-functional execution.
• Lead digital process improvements including PLM, data governance, and AI opportunities.
• Establish and maintain engineering metrics and dashboards for quality, delivery, cost, and throughput.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to resolve dependencies and align with strategic initiatives.
• Support engineering budgeting and capital planning, including cost-reduction reporting.
