Acuity Inc. in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Excellence to lead enterprise transformation, improve commercial execution, and build future-ready capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations.

The role leverages technology, analytics, automation, and AI to scale processes, strengthen accountability, and accelerate growth in current and new markets; travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 12+ years of related experience.
• Proven transformation leadership and execution experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise wide commercial transformation roadmap aligned to growth priorities.
• Redesign end-to-end commercial workflows including forecasting and pipeline governance.
• Define future-state operating models, governance, and decision rights.
• Build scalable commercial capabilities and process design.
• Partner with Technology, Finance, HR to translate requirements into tech-enabled solutions.
• Lead change-management to accelerate adoption and cross-functional alignment.
• Advise senior leadership on investments and growth initiatives.
