Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering leadership in manufacturing or CPG environments.
Experience leading multi-site engineering organizations and large capital programs.
Strong governance, risk management and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise engineering strategy and capital investments of $150M+ annually.
Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Finance and HR to deliver scalable solutions.
Develop talent, set standards, govern projects, and ensure safety, quality and reliability.
Drive technology modernization, digital manufacturing, and sustainability initiatives.
