Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering in food manufacturing or highly automated consumer products manufacturing.
- Experience multi-site leadership across facilities.
- Proven track record of improving equipment uptime and operational performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Automation, and Technical Operations across multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Partner with executive leadership to position engineering as a strategic business function.
- Build and lead high-performing technical teams to support growth and expansion.
- Drive manufacturing operations through significant automation investments.
