Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking an experienced Automation and Controls leader to drive the plant's vision for automation, controls, and electrical safety. You will oversee capital projects from start to finish, lead installations, and train teams on new systems.

The role focuses on safety, quality, and cost improvements across the site. The position requires hands-on expertise with Wonderware, Allen Bradley, and HMI PLC platforms, plus experience in high-speed automation and robotics.

Qualifications

Must have Automation and Controls expertise across Wonderware, Allen Bradley, and HMI PLC platforms.
Experience with high-speed automation, robotics and VFDs; solid PC-based systems knowledge.
Strong communication, teamwork, and OSHA-related working knowledge.

Responsibilities

Create and execute a strategic automation and control vision aligned with plant objectives.
Lead capital projects from estimation to installation and training.
Provide daily technical support to operations and drive performance improvements.
Support advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of plant control systems.
Identify multi-disciplinary improvement opportunities to meet safety, quality and cost goals.
