Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Field Services, Quality, and Executive Leadership to drive growth.
• Direct design and development of residential elevator products and enhancements.
• Develop long-term product and technology roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Ensure compliance with elevator codes and safety standards and oversee regulatory approvals.
